Welcome to The Paradise of the Hawaiians Islands!
The "Aloha Spirit" defines the genuine warmth of the people of Hawaii. They enthusiastically welcome the world to their home of perfect temperatures, clear waters, inviting beaches, and dramatic topography. The beaches, fertile valleys, sky scraping cliffs and plush rain forests enriched with a culture steeped in fascinating history bring the word "Paradise" to life. The beauty and wonder of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui, Lanai, and Hawaii, the "Big Island," unfold for lucky visitors. Each of the six major islands offer distinct opportunities for simply enjoying life and its adventures.
Maui
Maui, "The Valley Island," is listed as the second-largest Hawaiian Island. The island's 120-mile coast includes 30 miles of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
While fertile mountain and inland soil yields coffee, macadamia nuts, papaya, pineapple, sugarcane, and tropical flowers, the more than 2 million annual tourists are enticed by its unique beaches. Sparkling crystal blue waters, tropical trade winds, and azure skies bring sensory and spiritual delight to all visitors, as each beach beckons visitors to its own character in a wide menu of opportunities, from romance and tranquility to discovery and adventure.
EarthCam affiliate, Cheeseburger in Paradise, famous for Hawaiian style burgers, offers beautiful live views of the beach at Lahaina from its rooftop on Front Street in Old Lahaina Town.
Oahu
When Hawaiian royalty enjoyed the sand and warm blue waters off Waikiki in the 1800's they launched a tradition of relaxation and recreation at what was to become one of the world's best known beaches. Today at the center of Hawaii's tourist industry, the new royalty, visitors from around the world, unwind on the beach, shop in posh high profile shopping areas, and dine elegantly or relaxed in restaurants on signature Hawaiian Pacific Rim Cuisine. Entertainment abounds and surrounds visitors with the talents of entertainment with world famous, easy-going local style.
EarthCam and affiliate, the world famous Tikis Grill and Bar, say Aloha with a live view from the Tiki Terrace, just across the street from Waikiki Beach.
You can enjoy other great live views of Waikiki Beach from a unique location on top of Cheesburger In Paradise Restaurant, the EarthCam affiliate famous for Hawaiian Style burgers.
The Big Island of Hawaii
The Island of Hawaii is called the Orchid Isle or the Volcano Isle, but to locals it's always "the Big Island of Hawaii." On the Big Island, you can hike into a volcano crater, catch huge marlin, discover the universe from the top of Mauna Ke'a, and see sharks from a submarine porthole. The Big Island has the world's most active volcano, Kilauea, which has been spewing lava intermittently since January 3, 1983.
The sun, the soil, the warm sea breezes and gentle rains all come together in Kona to create a coffee-producing paradise. Each sip of 100% Kona coffee brings back the magic of surfside mornings, ukulele nights and the laid-back aloha spirit that's pure Hawaii.
EarthCam and affiliate, Hula Daddy, bring you scenes from a coffee plantation as well as views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean from the plantation mountain heights.
